There are a lot of great players in the NBA, but only a select few can be considered the best of all time. Here are our picks for the top 10 NBA players of all time:

10. Kobe Bryant

Kobe Bryant is one of the most iconic players in NBA history. He played his entire 20-year career with the Los Angeles Lakers, winning five NBA championships along the way. Kobe was an 18-time All-Star and a two-time Finals MVP. He also won an Olympic gold medal as part of Team USA in 2008. Kobe retired in 2016 as the third leading scorer in NBA history with 33,643 points.

9. Larry Bird

Larry Bird is one of the greatest shooters in NBA history. He spent his entire 13-year career with the Boston Celtics, winning threeNBA championships along the way. Bird was a 12-time All-Star and a two-time Finals MVP. He was also named league MVP three times (1984, 1985, 1986). Larry Bird retired in 1992 as one of only four players with more than 20,000 points, 9,000 rebounds and 6,000 assists (the other three are Oscar Robertson, Magic Johnson and LeBron James).

The Chicago Bulls of the 1990s. Michael Jordan led the Bulls to six championships in eight seasons from 1991 to 1998. The Bulls also set an NBA record by winning 72 games in the 1995-96 season.

The Los Angeles Lakers of the 2000s. Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal led the Lakers to three consecutive championships from 2000 to 2002. The Lakers also set an NBA record by winning 33 consecutive games in the 2001-02 season.
